Terms and Conditions

 We ask that all clients arrive at your appointment time  at least 15 minutes in advance

Please be aware that our Policy, Terms & Conditions are as follows :

• Clients have 48hrs to withdraw, cancel services, and make financial transactions(Deposit Payments). Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of services. Without a deposit refund 
• A confirmation E-mail will be issued upon the day of booking and 24 to 48 hours before the date of your appointment. If you fail to receive your confirmation you need to reach out to (469)-897-1009 for further assistance. E-mail should enclose the address, instructions on preparing hair before your appointment (If necessary), entering the building, and the remaining total and balance to be paid on your account.
• All clients are responsible for notifying Kavarrdi Beauty of health-related issues. Failure to do so will fault the client and not Kavarrdi Beauty.  Kavarrdi Beauty for any reason at all is not liable for any skin abrasions or other damages made to your skin or scalp. 
• Kavarrdi Beauty and all its partners ask that you respect all rules and policies (please refer to our policies page). 
• All things have been copyrighted and are not to be used commercially or non-commercial by anyone not affiliated with Kings & Queens Of SUDDS/Kavarrdi Beauty. If found guilty of such in any form of slander, libel, defamation, etc. that party will be subject to court.
• After one year of inactivity, Kavarrdi Beauty will Disable all user accounts that remain in idle status as well as any information enclosed.
• It is solely up to the Owner to issue any refund of any kind. Otherwise please take notice that deposits are non-refundable, All Dread Services are non-refundable, and all Diet Consultations can be issued up to 50% refund if applicable. Once all deposits have been paid and are m complete, sales are final.
